Inspection
- Inspect ongoing activities and provisions made for future activities at site.
- Survey of execution work with EHS, QC and PMC staff.
- Check employee preparedness by conducting Mock Drills and situations.
- Check and verify Mechanical steadfastness of deployed machinery.
Orientation
- Ensuring proper integration of new staff/ employees by conducting orientation sessions
- Performing EHS and Quality benchmark skits during cultural events to reinforce qualitative superiority in the team.
- Joint- Task review with client’s team to better familiarize the staff with upcoming goals and agendas.
- Conduct operator’s interaction with Machinery OEM’s team for smooth equipment handling and maintenance.
Implementation
- Enforcing administrative and on-field work practices on a routine basis by involving everyone from site staff.
- Implementing systems of checks and liabilities on violations of working regulations of staff conduct and execution quality.
- Evaluation of different sub-teams on tasked activities in events and bringing appreciation of management to such personnel.
- Establishing a review and report mechanism of various tasks & issues, thereby forming a feedback loop to reinforce Inspection and Orientation programs.
